- Exterior review of shingles, tile, or metal and their attachment
- Flashing, pipe boots, chimneys, skylights, and valleys
- Gutters, fascia, and drainage paths
- Attic inspection for moisture, ventilation, and decking condition when accessible
Step 3: Walkthrough and Written Findings
We explain what we found in plain language, repair, maintenance, replacement, or no action. You receive documentation you can use for insurance, real estate, or future planning.
